She helped us remodel our home that was built in 2000 and transformed it from a choppy, not very attractive interior into a home that flows and functions beautifully (a process that took over a year). As it was our first time going through a remodel, we really counted on Holly’s expertise on everything from kitchen counters to hardwood floors to furniture to window treatments to lighting and fixtures. Design Diva is the best! Holly and her wonderful crew designed and remodeled several rooms for us including an office with new built-ins, a bathroom that now is the talk of the neighborhood and looks like it should be in San Diego Home and Garden, and 3 bedrooms that are superb. She knows her stuff!! And the best part is she is so much fun to work with! She is completely involved and will always go the extra step for you to get things done right and on time. Holly is a true professional and her passion for decorating shines through as she works to make sure you are completely satisfied with all of her design choices. She knows how to listen and was always available. With Holly, I never felt as though she was trying to impose her idea of how my home should look. Instead, she was tireless in trying to understand what it was that would make me happy. And I want to stress again that she is a professional – always on time, always following up, keeping excellent track of all the details. I am grateful to her for helping take the empty spaces in my house and making them feel like home.
I couldn’t be happier with the before-to-after transformation in our master bedroom and bathroom. When we bought the house the room was outdated and boring. We wanted something that had some color and reflected our personal updated style with more space for clothing (and shoes). I now love how when my friends come over and see my master bed and bathroom they tell me I should have been an interior designer. I have to smile and give Holly all the credit!
